Brazil passed a law last month that allowed workers to ask for overtime if they answered emails outside of working hours. Could this be the last nail in the coffin for BlackBerry, after all, what self-respecting boss would willingly supply a BlackBerry to someone who will demand overtime for using it? And what about Twitter use?
